Delivery

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post and offer the following shipping options:

• Australia Post Standard Service (3-9 business day delivery): $10.00
• Australia Post Express Service (1-3 business day delivery): $15.00

Free shipping for orders over $200 (2 Probioform boxes or more). We use Australia Post Standard Service for orders that quality for free shipping.

Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you. To track your order simply click on the link in your order confirmation.  Probioform Australia may not be able to provide delivery to all areas, and if so, a full refund of your order will be provided. We aim to have orders processed and dispatched within 2 business days of being received.

Note that shipping delays may occure and we cannot be held accountable for delays that caused by Australia Post.

Please expect possible extra delays due to COVID-19.

Damaged Products

If the actual product (the Probioform liquid), i.e. the inner bag, is damaged and leaking we will send a new replacement box. We do not offer refunds or re-sends when only the outer carton is damaged and the inner bag is still intact.

Pricing Policy & Currency

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Payment Methods

Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and no surcharges apply using Shopify Payments.

We also offer AfterPay – a service that allows you to split your purchase into 4 fortnightly instalments with no interest. T&C’s apply.
